Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent development
Drive key talent interventions including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes
Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to guide decision-making
Lead strategic hiring, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions with Talent Acquisition.
Navigate complex employee relations issues, with support from legal and ER teams
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with Genpact's values and purpose
Manage HR-related risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws
Experience leading HR functions across multiple locations or globally.
