Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Vice President - Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
Analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
