You will lead a team of performance marketers, ensure high-quality campaign execution, optimize delivery SOPs, and align delivery goals with business outcomes like revenue retention, client satisfaction, team productivity, and profitability .

What Youll Own
Delivery Leadership

Be the delivery head for all ad clients - ensuring timely, high-quality execution of campaigns post onboarding.
Drive revenue, gross margin, and delivery-linked business metrics.
Ensure each account is health-tracked, adequately resourced, and SOP-aligned.
Performance & Operations
Track performance across all ad accounts via dashboards and reviews.
Intervene to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns or inefficient delivery structures.
Audit campaigns, optimize structures, and roll out scalable best practices across the team
Team Management
Directly lead a team of 25+ Performance Marketers (Managers, Sr. Associates, Associates).
Hire, train, and grow execution talent; define clear KRAs and review mechanisms.
Build a feedback- and ownership-oriented culture - where execution excellence is celebrated.
Client & Cross-Function Alignment
Liaise with Strategy, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams for seamless execution.
Ensure proper handoffs post-sale and that strategic vision translates into execution clarity.
Be the escalation point for critical delivery-level client concerns.
