About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished

Senior Director: Digital Experience E-Commerce

to lead our global digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our

Digital Experience (Dx)

and

eCommerce delivery organisation

from India.
This leadership position will focus on building a

world-class delivery hub

, scaling high-performing teams, and driving innovation through

AI, automation, and next-gen technologies

to create meaningful business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Define, develop, and execute the overall

    Digital Experience eCommerce strategy

    aligned with global business goals.

  • Team Building Delivery Management:

    Establish and lead a

    high-performing delivery hub

    in India, fostering excellence, scalability, and continuous innovation.

  • Talent Development:

    Build a strong

    talent pipeline

    , develop leadership within the team, and drive career progression and capability development.

  • Platform Expertise:

    Develop deep technical and delivery expertise across major platforms like

    Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, and Magento

    .

  • Innovation Technology Integration:

    Drive

    AI-driven personalisation, data analytics, and automation

    to enhance digital customer experiences.

  • Client Enablement Business Growth:

    Partner with global stakeholders, sales, and delivery teams to expand service offerings and accelerate business growth.

  • Partner Ecosystem Development:

    Strengthen relationships with technology partners and expand the company s strategic alliances and ecosystem influence.

  • Governance Quality:

    Ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with global standards across all engagements.

    • Key Skills Requirements
  • Minimum

    15 years of experience

    in Digital Experience, eCommerce, or Digital Transformation programs.
  • At least

    7 years in senior leadership

    , with proven ability to

    build and scale global delivery teams

    .
  • Expertise in

    Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)

    and

    eCommerce ecosystems,

    including Adobe, Salesforce, Magento, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of

    customer experience (CX), analytics, and performance marketing

    .
  • Demonstrated experience in

    AI, automation, cloud integration, and emerging technologies

    .
  • Excellent

    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    .
  • Ability to define and execute a strategic vision, aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes.

    • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

    • Certifications (Preferred)
  • Certifications in

    Digital Transformation, eCommerce Platforms, or Agile Leadership

    (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PMP, or SAFe Agile).
