Job Description

Support the performance marketing team in campaign planning and execution across platforms (Google, Meta,etc)

Assist in day-to-day tasks including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign tracking

Help monitor paid campaign performance metrics and flag any irregularities

Conduct competitor research and market analysis to gather insights for campaign optimization

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets

Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards to track campaign outcomes

Learn about budget allocation, campaign pacing, and ROAS tracking from senior team members

Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and performance alignment

Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

Strong interest in performance/digital marketing

Basic understanding of paid marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc

Familiarity with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS is a plus

Willingness to learn tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc

Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling

Good communication and organizational skills

Passion for data-driven marketing and campaign execution

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (optional, but a plus)
