AVP - Corporate Client Servicing Manager

As an Assistant Vice President - Corporate Client Servicing Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for managing operations within a specific business area. Your primary duties will include maintaining processes, implementing risk management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulators. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting the bank's operations and ensuring efficiency in processes. To excel in this role, you should have experience in the following key areas: - Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement by analyzing operational data and performance metrics. - Managing operations within a business area to drive efficient processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align business operations with the bank's objectives and SLAs. - Providing guidance, coaching, and support to operational professionals to enhance delivery quality. - Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience. - Creating a supportive environment for colleagues to provide feedback and actively encouraging open communication. - Managing attrition rates by implementing retention initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
