AVC:Regional Business Manager Relationship Channel - NRI

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to fill the role of Regional Business Manager - Relationship Channel - NRI in Axis Bank Limited, Mumbai The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking and excellent leadership skills

• Drive sales, productivity, cross-sell, cost-to-income, profitability, and growth of the channel
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 200+ tele-callers for Credit Cards, Upselling Credit Cards, managing merchant acquiring, and Cross-selling various products to existing bank customers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Define and execute recruitment, training, and incentive strategies across various levels
• Guide, coach, and motivate teams for improved performance
• Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and areas for corrective actions
• Ensure delivery of assigned sales targets and improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain support and guidance, while monitoring costs and taking corrective actions to keep them under control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit and risk policies, and maintain Cost to Income within desired benchmarks
• Introduce best practices for product pitch

• Post Graduate with more than 10 years of relevant experience in retail banking
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and processes, including digital banking channels like Internet Banking and Mobile App
• Experience in managing teams and driving sales growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
