No of Vacancies1Reports toRegional ManagerIs a Team leaderYesTeam Size1GradeSM, AVPBusinessRetail BankingDepartmentAxis Virtual CentreSub-DepartmentLocationAxis Virtual CentreAbout Axis Virtual CentreThe endeavor of AVC is to create best in class customer experience through effective use of innovative technology for a sustainable mutually beneficial relationship As part of AVC, Unit Head would have to deliver Banks customer engagement objective through a team of Digital Relationship Managers (DRM) Unit head would also support the sales targets through effective Lead management through analytics and multi-channel strategy, co-ordination for sales closures, monitor process improvements to enhance productivity and ensure reduction in cost of acquisitionAbouttheRoleThis role is Sales Validation Manager for AVC Business It reports in Regional Business Manager"Responsible for managing a team of verifiers who validate sales done by the channelResponsible for managing a team of verifiers who validate sales done by the channelResponsible for managing a team of verifiers who validate sales done by the channelHighlight issues which are found during sales validation and identify missell casesEnsure team of verifiers undergo certification from IRDAI or equivalent as may be instructed from time to timeEnsure that adequate staffing is maintained to successfully aid salesCreate and update a repository of issues that are identified during sales validation which may lead to customer complaintsConduct huddles and briefings with frontline staff on the RCA done on cancellation casesWork with business stakeholders to keep sales reject ratios within the prescribed limitsTransfer sale call recordings to the partners as per prescribed regulatory normsIs responsible for retention of team members and mentoring resources to cross skillConduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with the frontline staff to improve on the activities conducted by themQualificationsEducation (Post Graduate/Graduate) 10+2+310+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in contact center)Role ProficienciesLeadership skillsInter personal skillsAnalytical skillsSound knowledge of retail banking products and ProcessKnowledge of digital banking channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open Women, LGBTQIA+ and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply
