Software skills required:

1.      Strong skills in MS Excel (charts, filter, sort, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

2.      Familiarity with CRM tools (Jira, etc.)

Key Skills: -

1.      Lead a team of 4-10 field and resident customer service engineers, service coordinators on a Pan India basis - NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune etc.

2.      Will be responsible to achieve highest customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and customer expectations. 

3.      Maintain records of spares, service reports, and inventory consumption.

4.      Support in site surveys, preparing BOQs for client requirements, and minor system programming/configuration adjustments (preferred if basic C++ knowledge available).

5.      Liaise with clients for feedback, AMC renewals, and service-related updates.

6.      Report to AV Service Manager / VP Business.

7.      Must have prior experience in handling VC solutions, digital signage systems, cafeteria/town hall AV setups.

8.      Must have basic programming (C++) skills
