Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining AV Dynamic as a Sales Specialist AV, where your main responsibility will involve driving sales, fostering client relationships, and providing customized AV solutions to meet client needs. Your role will require a strong understanding of AV products, industry trends, and sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, particularly focusing on technically complex AV projects. - Conduct technical needs assessments and site surveys to comprehend client requirements. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to create proposals, solution diagrams, and system designs. - Present AV solutions to clients, translating technical details into business value and ROI. - Maintain in-depth product knowledge of AV systems, including control systems, signal processing, video conferencing, networked AV, and display technologies. - Provide training and mentorship to sales team members on AV technologies and solution positioning. - Handle key vendor relationships, staying updated on AV product innovations and certifications. - Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Prepare detailed scopes of work, budgets, and timelines for proposals. - Respond to RFPs and RFQs with detailed and technically sound documentation. - Support post-sale transition to project management, ensuring clear expectations are defined and met. - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and client meetings. Qualifications: - Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales, account management, or a related role. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV solutions, including video conferencing, control systems, and integration. - Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets using a consultative sales approach. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Customer Service: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored AV solutions. - Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and AV design tools is advantageous.
