AEM architect provides technical proficiency in architecture, configuration, upgrades, assessments, DevOps, integrations and customization, sizing for enterprise applications, troubleshooting environments, and reviewing/recommending system designs and implementations of the Web applications portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the approach/design/architecture of WCM solutions leveraging the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics and Social Collaboration Establishes auditing procedures to ensure continued integrity Assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality Implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions for web and mobile Assess Digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware Lead transformation of core IT Design target architectures for technology domains and develop roadmaps for transformation Screen and evaluate new technologies to optimize the current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future Responsible for technical design, development, and maintenance of software applications and their associated components within the team Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical help as required Location-Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad

We are looking for hands-on technologists with 6 to 8 years of experience, who will be responsible for architecting & designing new age mobile & web products at Paytm. Key Responsibilities Incumbent will be architecting our futuristic mobile & web products and choose the best technologies, components and subsystems on different server side tech. Driving innovations in the product constantly to remain ahead of the curve. Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues. Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions. Balance short-term versus long-term actions, strategic versus tactical requirements, while continuing to move forward towards the strategic vision. Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve complex problems and build products spanning across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end products & features. Estimates efforts, identifies risks, devises and meets project schedules. Provide functional, design, and code reviews in related areas of expertise with-in team and cross-team. Mentor / coach engineers to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership to them. Skills required MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college. Strong software design/development experience in building massively large scale distributed internet systems and products. Should have experience leading teams. Hands-on experience in Advance Java and frameworks, Multithreading, collections and MySQL/NoSQL, golang, System Designs etc. Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills. Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development. Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow, Topcoder, Github, Google Developer Groups (GDGs). Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace. Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance

Key Expectations:- 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience and at least 5+ years of CRM Design expertise in Telecom. Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into a system designs of various functional modules like Customer Management, Sales, Order management, Assurance, Contract and partner & territory management. Perform the gap analysis between new business requirements and as-is functionalities. Possess good understanding on Siebel system architecture and have good knowledge on Telecom domain and CRM domain knowledge. Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Siebel technical areas like Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order. Management workflow, RTEs, Open UI etc.Ability to model and design the new services launched by business with shorter TTM. Experienced Siebel order management, with strong knowledge of data migration Siebel upgrade knowledge and working experience in Rodod stack and order management. Should hold excellent communication and presentation Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework) Key Responsibilities:- Designing, help developing, and help maintaining Siebel CRM applications Collaborating with cross-functional teams Translating the business requirements to best design keeping in mind the design principals.
