About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and commission
advanced AV control systems — primarily
Crestron
and
Biamp
— for a variety of enterprise and commercial applications.
Develop, test, and deploy custom
control system logic, GUI interfaces, and device integration scripts
.
Collaborate with
AV designers, project managers, and installation teams
to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
Perform
troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization
of AV systems to ensure reliable performance.
Create and maintain detailed
documentation
including system schematics, code libraries, and operation manuals.
Ensure system configurations adhere to
networking standards and best practices
, including VLAN setups, multicast configurations, and IP-based device communication.
Provide
technical support and training
to end-users or internal teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years
of hands-on experience in
AV programming
and system commissioning.
Mandatory proficiency
in
Crestron
(control systems, SIMPL, VTPro-e) and
Biamp
(Tesira programming).
In-depth knowledge of
audio DSPs
(Biamp, QSC) and
video conferencing platforms
(Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, etc.).
Strong understanding of
networking fundamentals
— TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, VLANs — as they relate to modern AV environments.
Proven experience in
signal flow design, device integration, and troubleshooting
in complex AV setups.
Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Crestron Certified Programmer or Crestron Master Level certification.
Biamp Tesira Certification (Level 1 & 2 preferred).
Experience with QSC Q-SYS, Shure, or other AV ecosystem programming platforms.
Exposure to enterprise-level AV deployments in
corporate, education, or government
sectors.
