Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry professionals.
