AV Programmer

As an AV Programmer at our company, you will play a crucial role within the Solutions Team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with both internal and external customers to develop simple yet powerful solutions that exceed expectations. The focus of our team is to deliver exceptional meeting, calling, and collaboration experiences through the technologies we design and engineer. You will work closely with the Solutions team and company leadership to ensure that our engineering and design processes meet our high standards and consistently delight our customers. A key aspect of your role will involve mentoring and developing other engineers and team members to deliver quality work, meet demands, drive continuous improvement, and achieve company objectives effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extensive programming experience in the AV Industry. - Designing and engineering complex integrated AV rooms. - Understanding and addressing complex customer requirements. - Collaborating with pre-sales engineering to design tailored solutions for customers. - Supporting customer sales efforts by working closely with Sales and Engineering teams. - Focusing on creating solutions that exceed customer expectations. - Demonstrating proficiency in PC office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. - Showcasing professionalism, diplomacy, integrity, and flexibility in interactions. - Mastering design, engineering, drawing, CAD, proposal, and BOM skills. - Utilizing advanced time management, project management, and analytical skills. - Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work based on deadlines. - Excellent communication skills with clients, customers, team members, and stakeholders. - Experience in continuous improvement processes. - Methodical and highly organized approach to work. **Qualifications Required:** - Biamp Tesiraforte Certification. - Crestron Programming Certification. - Avixa CTS Certification. - QSC Q-Sys Certification. - Dante Level 1 Certification. **Desired Certifications:** - Crestron Masters. - Avixa CTS-I or D. - Extron AV/Control.
