Job Description

SUMMARY

Store Manager- MBO Sales

Locations

Mumbai
Pune
Kolhapur
Ahmednagar

Roles and Responsibilities

Overseeing the overall management of the store
Ensuring the presence of Brand Champions to maintain store coverage
Meeting daily, weekly & monthly conversion targets for the store
Supervising lead follow-ups by the team and ensuring uniform lead allotment
Providing finance support to customers with the assistance of financers
Enforcing adherence to sales SOP by the store team
Recruiting, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of new-vehicle sales employees
Maintaining an accurate daily log of all sales activities in the Experience Center
Implementing and monitoring prospecting and sales control system for proper follow-up of potential buyers
Developing and monitoring a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers
Fostering a customer-focused sales environment and maintaining teamwork throughout the sales process
Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings
Staying updated on market trends by conducting analysis and monitoring competitors' activities
Providing suggestions and recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approach, and other areas for business improvement
Producing sales, KPI, and other reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Overseeing stock count, control, and proper record of all stock movements and inventory
Ensuring consistency in customer service by all associates based on established SOPs
Handling after-sales queries and complaints
Providing on-job training to the team members
Ensuring strong communication and transfer of important information within the team

Salary: 4.5 LPA to maximum 4.8 LPA CTC

Notice period: Up to a maximum of 7-15 days

Any Graduate with minimum 3-7 years experience in 2-wheeler
