Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Royal Enfield motorcycles, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, conducting follow-ups, and supporting promotional and marketing activities to increase footfall and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable models. Provide detailed information on product specifications, features, pricing, finance options, and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with test rides. Maintain and update customer data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the finance, accessories, and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Participate in marketing campaigns, display events, and outdoor promotions organized by the company. Ensure the proper display and upkeep of bikes in the showroom. Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and social media leads. Collect feedback from customers and report to the Sales Manager to improve service and sales performance. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate documentation of each sale. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Automobile Engineering). 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or customer service (freshers with passion for motorcycles may also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of two-wheeler specifications and features. Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Passion for motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield, will be an added advantage. Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary (based on experience) Attractive Incentives based on Bike Sales and Soft Product Sales (Accessories, Apparel, Extended Warranty, etc.) Work Timings: As per showroom schedule
