About the Role

Senior Test Automation Architect

design, develop, and drive automation frameworks

You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to embed quality into every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement

  scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks

  for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Establish

  automation best practices, standards, and governance

  across teams.
• Drive implementation of

  Gen-AI & Agentic AI

  in testing processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Mentor QA engineers and lead the automation transformation journey.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and continuous quality.
• Evaluate and integrate new automation tools to enhance test efficiency.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting with clear traceability and metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years

  of software testing experience with at least

  5 years in test automation architecture

  .
• Proficiency in

  Playwright

  and

  Selenium

  frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in

  JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java

  .
• Experience with

  Gen-AI & Agentic AI-based testing frameworks

  .
• Experience in

  RPA (UiPath)

  and

  API testing tools

  like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with

  performance testing

  and

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure to

  insurance or financial services domain

  is a plus.

• ISTQB or equivalent certifications

  preferred.
