Role: Automation Test Engineer

Exp: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

NP: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  robust automation test scripts

  using

  Java and Selenium WebDriver

  .
• Build and enhance

  automation frameworks

  (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid, or BDD) to support scalable and maintainable test solutions.
• Integrate automated test suites into

  CI/CD pipelines

  to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles.
• Perform

  cross-browser and cross-platform testing

  to ensure application compatibility across different environments and devices.
• Execute

  API testing

  using tools such as

  Postman

  and frameworks like

  REST Assured

  to validate backend services.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and improve test coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect tracking records.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  Java programming

  with hands-on experience in test automation.
• Extensive experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  for UI automation.
• Proven experience in

  automation framework development and maintenance

  .
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Experience in

  cross-browser testing

  using tools like Selenium Grid or cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience in

  API testing

  using

  Postman

  and/or

  REST Assured

  .
• Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Familiarity with build tools such as

  Maven or Gradle

  .
