PowerApps Developer

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in

  Microsoft PowerApps

  development — custom apps, responsive UI, complex logic.
• Strong command over

  SharePoint Online

  — lists, libraries, permissions, integration.
• Proven chops with

  Power Automate

  — designing reliable, efficient workflows.
• Solid

  Python

  skills — for data wrangling, backend glue, and automations.
• Comfort working with

  Dataverse

  , connectors, and external APIs.
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (yes — advanced formulas, macros, the whole deal).

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven, demonstrable track record delivering

  Microsoft PowerApps & Power Automate solutions

• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with

  SharePoint Online

  , APIs, connectors.
• At least basic-to-intermediate proficiency in

  Python

  Excel macros

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset that still sees the big picture.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Develop custom business applications using PowerApps.

SharePoint

✔ Automate and orchestrate workflows via Power Automate.

Python scripts

✔ Use Excel/Macros to analyze, automate, and visualize data smartly.

✔ Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

✔ Maintain, optimize, and debug existing PowerApps & flows.

✔ Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Nice-to-Have Extras:

• Experience managing

  Power Platform environments

  & migrating solutions cleanly.
• A feel for

  UI/UX principles

  — you don’t have to be a designer, but you know bad design when you see it.
• Familiarity with

  CSS, HTML, JavaScript
