Automation Specialist

As an Automation Specialist at Innomation, you will be at the core of various projects, from conceptualization to commissioning of automation solutions. You will undergo on-the-job training for up to 2 years to gain the necessary skills and knowledge. Once trained, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Conduct site studies, gather data, and analyze applications post inquiry receipt. - Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize solutions, prototype, and validate concepts. - Prepare techno-commercial proposals, costings, and collaborate with the marketing team for order finalization. - Design and engineer parts for manufacturability, develop automation solutions, and validate designs against technical and commercial deliverables. - Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement teams for timely delivery of components within budget. - Supervise assembly, wiring, and PLC programming teams for machine assembly, wiring, and software development. - Test, troubleshoot, and modify machine designs to ensure performance meets deliverables. - Demonstrate machine performance to clients at the Innomation factory, ensuring client satisfaction. - Oversee packing, transportation, installation, and commissioning of machines at client sites, ensuring client needs are met. - Coordinate with clients and service teams to ensure machines perform as expected. Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in a similar role - B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics - Must have scored distinction in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths during schooling Skills Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and MS Office - Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests positively - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities - Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively and work in harsh industrial environments Join Innomation to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative culture focused on pushing the boundaries of manufacturing automation.,
