🔧 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager with expertise in Industrial Automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, and field instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, and increase brand visibility in the automation and process control sectors.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for automation products (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, DCS, VFDs, and instruments).
  • Identify and target key industries: OEMs, EPCs, manufacturing, oil & gas, power and design campaigns accordingly.
  • Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, trade shows, seminars, and industry publications.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with project opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Manage digital presence (website, SEO, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance visibility.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral: brochures, datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
  • Partner with vendors and technology providers for joint promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI.
  • Support bid/proposal development with customized content for tenders and RFQs.

 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation) or Marketing.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing/sales within the industrial automation or process control domain.
  • Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA/HMI platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Honeywell, etc.).
  •  Familiarity with field instruments like flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, etc.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and B2B marketing in technical industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM, email campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
