Role Overview

QA Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute

  automation scripts

  focused on

  database testing

  (not web/mobile).
• Validate data integrity between source systems (e.g.,

  SAP

  ) and

  O9

  , ensuring transformed data

  matches

  the source.
• Automate handling of

  Excel files with millions of rows

  : reading, loading, matching, and

  data validation

  .
• Perform

  API testing

  and contribute to a

  Selenium

  -based automation framework.
• Drive defects through the

  full bug lifecycle

  to closure, collaborating across teams.
• Work in

  US hours

  to align with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  in

  Automation Testing

  with automation development using

  SQL

  .
• Proven background as a

  data‑oriented tester

  focused on

  databases

  (not mobile or web UI only).
• Strong hands‑on with

  Java + Selenium

  or

  Python + Selenium

  (must‑have).
• Experience automating

  large Excel data

  ingestion/validation (millions of rows).

• API testing

  experience; familiarity with

  Selenium frameworks

  .

• Cucumber

  or

  TestNG

  (

  they use TestNG

  ).
• Solid understanding of

  databases

  ,

  exception handling

  , and

  OOP

  .
• Familiarity with

  Azure DevOps (ADO)
