Key Responsibilities

Framework Development:
Design, build, and implement scalable automation frameworks for testing, deployment, and operational workflows.
AI-Driven Optimization:
Use AI-based
process mining
and
task analysis
to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
Cross-Process Automation:
Analyze business and technical processes to uncover automation use cases and drive efficiency improvements.
CI/CD Integration:
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to integrate automation tools and workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
Strategic Leadership:
Lead discussions with stakeholders to define and promote automation strategies, backed by ROI and performance metrics.
Mentorship & Best Practices:
Mentor junior engineers and evangelize automation best practices across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in automation engineering, software architecture, or DevOps roles.
Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation frameworks.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Hands-on with automation/test tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Robot Framework).
Familiarity with AI/ML or process mining platforms (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Certifications in automation platforms or cloud technologies.
