Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced AutoCAD Trainer to deliver high-quality training to individuals or groups in AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and drafting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach AutoCAD tools and techniques to learners of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training courses in AutoCAD for beginners to advanced learners.Design and update training materials, manuals, and tutorials.Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world project simulations.Assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.Offer personalized support and feedback to students.Stay up to date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and industry trends.Customize training based on the specific requirements of corporate clients or individual students.Maintain class attendance, student performance records, and training feedback reports.

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); certification preferred.Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field.Previous experience as an AutoCAD instructor or trainer is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Experience with other CAD tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp) is a plus.

Desirable Skills

Instructional design or teaching certification.Familiarity with online training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle).Ability to develop e-learning content or video tutorials.Problem-solving and mentoring skills.Key Details
