Job Description – Design Engineer
Location: Chakan, Pune
Position: Design Engineer
Type: Contract
Salary: 40,000 CTC

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team on a contractual basis. The role involves creating and modifying engineering designs, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and supporting project teams with accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update 2D/3D designs and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project and production teams to implement design changes.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Perform calculations and analysis to validate design specifications.
• Prepare documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical reports.
• Support design improvements for cost optimization and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Design Engineer (preferably in manufacturing/engineering industry).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, materials, and design principles.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
