Key Responsibilities</

• Prepare 2D drawings: False Ceiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile Layout, Civil Plan
• Convert old/manual layouts into proper AutoCAD drawings with correct scaling
• Prepare detailed drawings that contractors can directly execute on-site
• Maintain drawing accuracy, layers, dimensioning & clarity

This is a full-time on-site role for an AutoCAD Designer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for creating and managing architectural and construction drawings, developing detailed space planning layouts, and collaborating with team members to ensure designs meet client requirements and project timelines. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, assisting in design reviews, and ensuring project deliverables meet accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Skilled in Space Planning and creating detailed design layouts
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
• Ability to prepare and review technical drawings with accuracy
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in interior design or architectural projects is a plus
