Audit Support Assistant is responsible for supporting audit functions related to COB processes. This role ensures accurate claims processing by verifying other health insurance coverage, identifying potential overpayments. The position involves a combination of administrative support, data validation, and communication with internal departments and external partners.
Ø Effective Communicator both written and verbal.
Ø Basic understanding of health insurance coordination of benefits processes and regulations (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance).
Ø Must be ready to work in night shifts.
Ø Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ø Ability to learn and quickly apply new material
Ø Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
