Audit Supervisor – US Practice (Single Audit / NFP / EBP)

SHIFT TIME - 1 PM - 10 PM

LOCATION - ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements in 

  Not-for-Profit (NFP)

  , 

  Employee Benefit Plan (EBP)

  , and 

  Single Audit

  sectors.
• Plan, execute, and review audit work, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and relevant regulatory standards (AICPA, DOL, OMB).
• Oversee engagement budgeting, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and mentor audit seniors and staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and accounting/auditing standards.
• Participate in internal training, quality control initiatives, and process improvement activities.
• Support firm growth through business development activities, proposal assistance, and networking.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ 

  years supervisory/senior role

• Experience in managing multiple concurrent engagements and teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and relevant OMB Uniform Guidance standards.
• Familiarity with audit software (e.g., OnPoint, CCH Access, CaseWare, Thomson Reuters, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with both clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
