Job Description

Gold appraisal and valuation: Conduct physical appraisals of gold ornaments to determine purity, weight, and craftsmanship, and accurately calculate the loan amount. Compliance and policy adherence: Ensure all audit activities and branch operations comply with internal policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements, such as those from the RBI. Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify operational risks, potential fraud, and other discrepancies within the gold loan process and report them to management. Security checks: Verify that branch security measures, including alarm systems, CCTV, and weighing balances, are in proper working order. Documentation and reporting: Create detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and valuations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
