Gold Loan Audit Executive – InternLocation: Respective Regions (Travel Involved) Eligibility: Male Candidates Only (due to travel-intensive nature) Qualification: Graduate (Freshers preferred) Internship Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Initial) ₹14,000 per month (Revised post-initial evaluation) Post-Internship Conversion: Upon successful completion and positive evaluation, interns will be promoted as Junior Audit Executive under a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with the following salary structure: Metro Locations: ₹22,250/month Corporation Locations: ₹19,500/month Non-Corporation Locations: ₹18,750/month Candidates may be considered for regular employment roles based on performance after the fixed term. Key Responsibilities: Conduct branch-level and regional gold loan audits Verify high-value loans and takeover files Perform pledged gold packet verification Ensure adherence to audit protocols and compliance Travel across branches/zones for audit assignments Additional Responsibilities (New Initiatives): Participate in remote gold verification (zone-wise coordination) Involve in WhatsApp audits, auditor audits, and special packet counting squads Contribute to the formation of dedicated audit task forces Special Note: Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of audit experience, possessing valid relieving letters, can be considered for direct Junior Audit Executive hiring at the same salary levels mentioned above. All final interviews for audit positions will be conducted by the Regional Audit Managers.
