Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Audit Executive to join our team at our Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights into financial practices and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess strong internal auditing skills to objectively evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governance processes (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in statutory audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines is mandatory (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and analyzing financial data efficiently is a must (Mandatory skill).
• Skill in audit planning to effectively organize and manage audit activities, ensuring thorough evaluations.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices to analyze financial data accurately.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive financial audits, identifying risks and ensuring accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and make actionable recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and statutory audits as per the defined guidelines to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing audit programs to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the organization's financial operations.
• Perform audit procedures for various departments, ensuring the financial integrity and operational optimization.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports to communicate results and offer recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather accurate financial data and documentation for conducting audits.
• Support senior auditors in preparing high-quality audit reports with well-documented evidence and findings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and practices in auditing and financial reporting.
• Provide insights into financial and operational risks, suggesting mitigation strategies to enhance business performance.
