About the Role:

The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting field audits, verifying loan documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and monitoring disbursements & collections related to E-Rickshaw financing. The role requires strong attention to detail, field visits, and coordination with collection & credit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field audits for E-Rickshaw loan files and verify customer KYC, loan documents, and physical assets.
• Ensure disbursements are made to genuine customers/vendors and as per company policy.
• Perform surprise branch/field audits on loan files, disbursement records, and collection receipts.
• Identify irregularities, fraud, or policy deviations and report immediately to higher management.
• Verify collateral documents and ensure proper custody of files.
• Coordinate with collection and credit teams for risk assessment and monitoring.
• Prepare and submit audit reports with clear findings and corrective action plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with RBI/Regulatory norms and company SOPs.
• Support in implementing internal controls and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any
• 1–3 years of experience in Audit/Compliance/Field Verification (NBFC/Banking sector preferred).
• Knowledge of loan documentation, collection process, and audit techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
• Willingness to travel extensively for field audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
