Audit and Tax Associate

We are looking for a qualified CA and/or CS to provide compliance, governance, advisory, and financial support to our clients. This role involves managing statutory requirements, advising on business and financial strategy, supporting fundraising initiatives, and handling company incorporation and ROC procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Provide statutory services including taxation, audits, accounting, and corporate governance.
• Manage Board & Committee meetings, AGMs, statutory filings, and MCA/ROC compliances.
• Prepare and file statutory forms and returns, including ADT-1, INC-20A, AOC-4, MGT-7, INC-22, Form 3 & Form 8, Form 11, etc.
• Handle Incorporation of Private Limited Companies/LLP – End-to-end process management, including drafting constitutional documents, filing with MCA, obtaining DIN/DSC, and ensuring statutory compliance during the formation stage.
• Manage MCA/ROC Procedures such as Director Addition/Removal – Preparation and filing of relevant forms (e.g., DIR-12), drafting board/shareholder resolutions, and ensuring timely compliance with Companies Act requirements.

Advisory & Financial Services

• Offer business advisory and strategic guidance to optimize compliance, governance, and financial performance.
• Conduct financial reporting, risk assessments, and process optimization for client businesses.
• Develop financial projections and forecasts based on client performance and industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
