Collating of all LWP Cases, Absconding, Resigned, Maternity Leave, Miscarriage details to be updated every month. Leave Management Pan India. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities and Detailed description of duties: Create Employee master for new joiner/LAMS Integration Coordination & Consolidation of Data for Site Based Employee w.r.t to Leave Approver, Line Manager & Admin SPOC), Attendance Roster (Weekly Off) & Site-Specific Paid Holidays Create LAMS Employee Master as per PS Data. Configuration of Attendance & Leave Policy. Update User ID in LAMS as received from IT. Sent Welcome Email to New Joiner with LAMS User Credential Support to the new joiner in case they are facing login issue. Preparation of Variable Inputs (LWP, Absconding, Resigned, ML) As Per Attendance Data of LAMS end Monthly Attendance approval email thru LAMS to Leave Approver for approval on 16th of the month. Incorporate all the changes received from leave approver till 20th or latest by 21st of the month in LAMS. Close Attendance in LAMS for missing Attendance by adjusting first with CL/PL then LWP. Share Payroll Input (LWP, Absconding, Resigned, ML) on 23rd or latest by 24th of the month as per attendance in LAMS with Manager. Share 2nd cut of payroll input (any fresh input /revised input) on 26th / 27th of the month with Manager. Resolve the employee’s query post salary processing. Review HC Report on Daily Basis for any new hires.
