About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Developer/Consultant to join our team and drive innovation across Jira and Confluence platforms. This role focuses on designing and implementing custom solutions, add-ons, and automation to optimize collaboration and workflow efficiency. You will work on both Cloud and Data Center environments, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom add-ons and macros for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) across Cloud and Data Center environments.
• Configure, administer, and optimize Jira and Confluence instances, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Automate workflows and processes using Groovy scripting and other automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Customize Confluence portals, including UI enhancements and advanced functionality development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions for document management and process automation.
• Ensure robust documentation practices using tools like Comala Document Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Atlassian products and custom integrations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Atlassian Suite Mastery:

  Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, and related add-ons, including administration, configuration, and customization.

• Java:

  Expert-level proficiency, including Active Objects, custom Spring components, and Apache Velocity templates.

• Groovy:

  Strong scripting and automation capabilities.

• JavaScript:

  Skilled in jQuery and Atlassian User Interface (AUI) for front-end customizations.

• SQL:

  Expert-level database querying and optimization.

• Development Experience:

  Proven ability to build custom add-ons, macros, and integrations for Atlassian Cloud and Data Center.

• Portal Customization:

  Hands-on experience in creating tailored Confluence portals for enhanced user experience.

• Documentation Tools:

  Familiarity with Comala Document Management for workflow-driven documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
