Atlas Systems - Infrastructure Support Engineer - Windows/Mac OS

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site IT support needs, ensuring timely and courteous issue resolution
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network, and conferencing equipment
• Support Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and related tools
• Maintain endpoint compliance and coordinate with central infrastructure teams for patching and updates
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including system setup, device provisioning, and access configuration
• Log, track, and close tickets in the ITSM system, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
• Ensure all IT assets are inventoried, labeled, and maintained in working condition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve user satisfaction and service Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience providing on-site end-user and desktop support in a corporate in :
• Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
• Office 365 Administration and productivity applications
• Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices for endpoints
• Excellent communication, executive-level user engagement, and customer service orientation
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude and a sense of Qualifications :
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation
• Experience supporting conference rooms, AV systems, and executive-level users
• Exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira
