Overview

The Assurance team provides high-quality audits and related services to public and private companies, not-for-profit organizations, and government entities. Services include financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, SOC examinations, sustainability audits, and performance audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide staff during pre-audit planning and fieldwork.
• Review client accounting and operating processes.
• Perform internal control testing, substantive procedures, analytical reviews, and prepare workpapers.
• Draft financial statements and audit reports.
• Research and resolve technical accounting or audit issues.
• Assist in risk assessment and audit planning.
• Manage multiple client engagements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (US) or CA preferred, or eligibility to pursue the qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Assurance/Audit (US Assurance preferred).
• Experience in public accounting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver strong client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
