Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new markets, clients, and distribution channels.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships (bookstores, schools, Institutes, Universities, libraries, retailers, corporate clients).
Present and promote publication products to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve sales targets and prepare monthly sales reports.
Attend book fairs, conferences, and other promotional events.
Gather feedback and market intelligence to help improve product offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the publishing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for books or educational content.
