Core Responsibility 1 : Executes Hardcore HR activities in areas like Performance management, Employee Engagement & Motivation, Recruitment, Trainings etc, Orgainsation charts updation, HRMIS, MIS, MIS & other data as and when required. Core Responsibility 2 : Posting Vacancies on Naukri, Shortlisting profiles from Naukri, Lining up interviews, taking preliminary and followup thereof, Preparing Offer Letter, summary sheet and medical checkup letter, Creating positions in SAP & updation as & when required. Core Responsibility 3 : Timely appraisals of employees completing 1 year of service, Half Yearly KRA & BSCs collection & followups, Appraisal forms distribution & collection, Summary of appraisl sheet, Career Progression Chart preparation & updation & Implementation of policies and procedures and Liaisons with other functions/ departments. Conducting TNIs for each employees with DPM, Preparing Annual & Monthly Training Calendar, Coordination with external & Internal training agency & Trainers, Get training feedback filled, Maintaining Training records, Calculating training effectiveness. Core Responsibility 4 : Exit interview form analysis, Action plan, Preparing MIS reports, Manpower data, Employee Muster, Attrition data, Training & Development, Preparing Calendar Annually & Monthly, Adhering Training as per plan, Career Development & Succession Planning Core Responsibility 5 : Induction of new Joinees and managing files and other records of trainees, Preparing MRM, Conducting half yearly ESS, Maintaining appropriate documents as required, Assists HR Head in one or more areas in HR.
