Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and employee-relations handling skills.
