Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Help in onboarding new employees and maintaining their documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Maintain HR records and databases accurately.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events and training sessions.
  • Assist with attendance, leave records, and payroll support tasks.
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
