Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To handle the responsibility of Agri Business for an assigned zone and coordinate with entire zonal team to provide support & business growth.
Understand Market requirements Vs Product Range & work to build products to bridge the gap.
Close working with Plant for product development, price, policy formulation, sales release, managing sales forecasts & sales generation.
Must be able to read pump curves, have understanding of MOC & pump parts.
Get involved in pre-tendering activities & coordinate with Zones for deciding specifications for government projects.
Responsible for understanding tender requirements, product selection/development, pricing & participation.
Responsible to push plant team for BIS & Star rating activities.
Travel in assigned territory and understand market scenario, competition etc to recommend action plan.
Provide training to zonal colleagues for products, systems, software, policies etc
Responsible for implementation of Digital transformation projects in his area of operation.
MIS Prepare & analyse the data and derive & refine sales strategies after studying the same.
