Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Reservation Manager to join our team at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with the front office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Analyze and report on reservation performance metrics to optimize operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
