As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating and identifying new leads through networking, referrals, and market research. - Conducting proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to create new business opportunities. - Staying informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients. - Presenting properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and potential value. - Overseeing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and timely. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software. - Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and sales achievements. - Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve team goals. The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelors or masters degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry with proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools, as well as exceptional customer service skills focused on building and maintaining client relationships, will be key to success in this role.
