Asst. Manager Marketing (Customer Relations)

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business. Collaboration with the Design, Production, Service, and Sales teams is crucial to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and monitoring after-sales service, including installation updates, commissioning feedback, and maintenance support. - Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in product quality and service performance. - Preparing and maintaining detailed customer communication records, visit reports, and service logs. - Assisting in managing warranty claims, replacements, and service escalation processes in coordination with internal departments. - Supporting the Director and Marketing Department in customer satisfaction initiatives and relationship management strategies. - Participating in client meetings, site visits, and review discussions to ensure high levels of service delivery. - Developing and implementing customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and strengthen brand reputation. - Monitoring key Customer Relationship KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores, and presenting reports to management. Your qualification should include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
