Job Description

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to order placement and material delivery.
Support the Purchase Head in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Coordinate with the production and planning departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and reorder points to maintain operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records, supplier data, and cost reports.
Track and analyse procurement performance metrics, such as cost savings, lead time reduction, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues and avoid production delays.
Assist the Purchase Head in cost control initiatives and contribute to overall department efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹78,000.00 - ₹94,000.00 per month
