Asst. General Manager Production

• Oversee and manage the entire production operations of the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and resource plans to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery of machines and components while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and control production costs, productivity levels, and material utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with the Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
• Review daily production performance and take corrective actions to address bottlenecks or delays.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the plant.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for production performance, downtime, and output targets.
• Guide and mentor production supervisors and engineers to enhance technical skills and performance.
• Drive lean manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management for capacity planning, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.
• Represent the production function in strategic reviews and contribute to long-term organizational planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹141,700.00 per month
