Stores Executive

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods in the stores.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quality, quantity, and documentation.
• Issue materials to production or other departments as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical verification of stock and update inventory records.
• Assist the Manager – Stores in monitoring inventory levels, identifying shortages, and planning replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain vendor and material documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and stock registers.
• Support the implementation of ERP or inventory management systems for accurate tracking.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements in stores operations.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
