Mechanical Fitter

• Perform mechanical assembly of machines and equipment according to design drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
• Inspect and verify mechanical components before and after assembly to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assemble, align, and install shafts, gears, bearings, motors, and other machine components.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled machines to ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate with Production and QC teams to identify and rectify assembly defects or deviations.
• Maintain assembly tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment in good condition.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and housekeeping norms on the shop floor.
• Document and report assembly progress, issues, and maintenance needs to the Manager – Production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior assembly technicians in best practices and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
