Key Responsibilities : Sales Support & Coordination Assist sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals. Coordinate with customers for order follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation. Track sales orders, dispatches, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update CRM / sales reports / lead trackers. Internal Coordination Liaise with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Communicate customer requirements and complaints to relevant departments. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and dispatch details. Prepare MIS reports on sales activities, pending orders, and forecasts. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination. Assist in sending promotional materials, new product updates, and campaigns. Sales Team Assistance Schedule client visits and maintain calendars for the field sales team. Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events. Required Skills & Qualifications : Graduate in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in industrial or B2B sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
